One hundred percent of Gammon's student body receives some financial aid/scholarship assistance, which enables them to pursue their education.
All students interested in receiving financial aid should file an application with The ITC Financial Aid Office before April 1. Delay beyond this date may hinder your chances of receiving financial aid.
The major forms of financial aid/scholarships to our students are provided by the Ministerial Education Fund, Work-study programs, Federal Loans, United Methodist Student Loan, Graduate Student Loans, and United Methodist Scholarship Funds.
Students who wish to receive financial assistance must request from The ITC Financial Office a Financial Aid packet, which contains the Free Application for Federal Student Aid form (FAFSA). The FAFSA must be mailed directly to:
Federal Student Aid Programs
P. O. Box 4032
Iowa City, IA
A decision for financial assistance on a new student's application is made after the admission has been approved for enrollment at the seminary.
Students must complete the FAFSA application each year to be considered for financial aid assistance.
Financial aid is not available for post-graduate students. Limited funds are available for part-time students.

The Scholarships Office is now accepting online applications! Students may go to the Website (http://www.gbhem.org) and complete an online application from their home computer. They will then receive an email detailing the additional steps to complete the process. The Loans Office went live last May.
In 2009 the Scholarships Office awarded more than $4.5 million to 3,200 plus students. We are expecting a record number of applicants this year and strongly urge students to complete the application process early, rather than wait for the deadline date.
Student Loan applications for Fall 2009 term will be made available on line May 1st. Students are urged not to delay their loan applications.
